Dating website modifications

? ? I have a dating website and it works fine according to how the script was written. My main hurdle is people can't instantly connect because the script won't allow them... They can only connect via email or if they happen to be in the chat area at the same time. ? ? I can attract members and they can view "online" members but there isn't anything to notify the receiving member of an invite. What I need is a popup notification window to the receiving member of invites to chat, instant messages and alerts to new messages in inbox.
