Backlinks and Article Research needed

Hello, We are looking for a minimum of 75 - 100 high quality ONE-WAY backlinks. In addition, 50 articles will be required on topics we will provide. Keyword density of 1.5 - 2% required. Quality work will be rewarded with regular engagements as new niche sites are rolled out. - Backlinks need to be SEO friendly - DO-FOLLOW, no redirects, javascripts, cloaking, frames, flash sites etc. All links must be visible, readable & indexable. - We need a mixture of PR5 and better links manually created (no automated methods) and spread over several weeks. No more than 10 links per day should be created. No black hat or link farm / link exchange will be accepted. - Each Links should reside on unique sites / IP's - A premium will be paid for .edu and .gov links - Links should contain the target anchor text and titles, link pages must be related to the anchor text being used. - Link page must be indexed and cached by Google, Yahoo and Bing - Again, no black hat techniques are accepted. No cloaking, banned sites, articles submission, spam sites, scraped content sites, well, you get the idea. Links must be manually submitted. No use of automated software of any kind. - No hate sites, pornographic sites, etc - Detailed reporting is expected weekly with link location summary including SITE PR and URL to the link location - Sample sites for link placement would be appreciated with your bid. Any related work you've done that you wish to include as a reference would also be helpful.
