Hi guys,
I want sign ups to a chat site from US or Canadian IPs, and the each created profile details must be completed to make each sign up eligible.
This is a long term project, u hav to bring at least 210 sign ups a day. I will make weekly payments. My budget is $350 a week.
Peoples from US and Canada will have first preference.
