Data Search and Entry in Excel

I am looking for someone (or a team) who can research and build me an Excel file comprised of all public, Catholic and Independent primary schools (years 1 - 6 or 7 depending on the state) and combined primary/secondary schools (schools which include years 1 - 12) for Australia. According the most recent Austarlian Bureau of Statistics as of 2010 there are approximately 6,357 primary schools and 1,286 combined primary/secondary Schools in Australia. The information I need can be seen in the attached Excel file, however, the absolute minimum information needed is: School Name, Street Address, City/Town, State, Post Code , Government or non-Governement School, Telephone Number and Full time Enrollment. All of the information is readily available through each State's or Territory's Department of Education website which I have included the links for. There are also a couple of additional web sites that carry parts of the information but may come in handy as they are comprhensive sites for all of Australia. Each Education web site handles their records and information differently with some more complete than others. The trick is to figure out the best strategy and methodlology to collect all of the requested data in the most efficient way possible, thus before providing a quote I would investigate these sites and determine how best to utilise them in order to extract the relevant information needed. For schools that have combined primary/secondary enrollments usually only one number is given for the total enrollment, thus this number must be multipled by 7/12 to get the approximate number of primary grade school students. I am only interested in the number of students from years 1 - 7. The second part includes utilising the data in a very specific way, hence the address and school enrollment data are absolute must haves for this part.
