Hours: Starting at only 15hours per month, will increase over time.
Payment / Compensation: Guaranteed a minimum monthly payment (only applies to those who take INBOUND phone calls). + bonus/commission. (To be determined).
Payment for all other tasks is on an hourly basis (or + commission). You will need to use a time-tracker and record what task you’ve worked on.
1. You should have experience in the following:
-Researching businesses online
-Finding leads / potential customers
-Data entry (personal data, financial data, in spreadsheets)
-Word processing / Document creation (address and name in a text document template)
-Virtual Assistant services
-Telephone answering / calling in English (inbound or outbound) (not required)
-Online marketing (not required)
2. You must:
-Be fluent in English (verbal, reading, writing - do not use Google Translate)
-Have great typing skills (50WPM+)
-Available at least 4 days per week
-Available some time between 12pm and 12am Eastern Standard Time (UTC/GMT -4)
-Able to complete a task within a reasonable 24 to 48 hours.
-Willing to try new things and grow with the company
3. If you are interested in MORE extra hours of work (for inbound telephone call-answering) (Hourly rate + commission will be paid), you must:
-send a voice recording sample to me for verification
-be able to maintain a conversation on the phone in English
-be able to convert a lead into a sale over the phone.
