I previously worked as Customer Service Specialist for the last six years at Security Bank Corporation located here in the Philippines. Part of the job was to cater services to clients such as accepting all their deposits, withdrawals and payments.
Also, being a front liner was to answer clients queries and assist them to all their needs. I have also worked as administrative assistant wherein I handled email, chat and telephone works such as interview scheduling, follow up for reports, manpower, hiring of candidates, maintenance of records and timely reports, presentation and other job that may be assigned from time to time using Microsoft office such as word, excel, PowerPoint, google applications, Gmail.
I personally enjoy it and was able to enhance my skills and capabilities. With all this experience I would be able to provide what your company needs. I am very much willing to learn and have fun during the process.
