DECODE BLACKBERRY LEAP INTERNAL MEMORY BINARY DATA

We have a Blackberry leap which has a failed PowerIC. The local tech store has tried replacing the PowerIC but cannot wake the device up. They did however manage to extract the Binary Data from the internal Memory. Looking for someone who is experienced in converting this binary data back in to readable data so we can get the images back from the phone, blackberry seems to have unusual encoding. Please don't reply unless you have experience in doing similar to this before.
