Apple.com Iphone reservation script

I need a javascript/other solution to use in Greasemonkey/other which can auto fill all (pre-defined) fields and auto click on submit button on Iphone Reservation Page which you can find here ([login to view URL]). Requirements: 1. It can select pre-defined stores randomly from the drop down menu. For example: there are total 35 stores available in dropdown menu, but we have to select only 15 stores. So the script must be capable of randomly select 'predefined' stores. 2. It must be capable of 'selecting' 16GB White or !6GB Black Iphone model. (see iphone reservation page) 2b. After selecting phone model, a popup appears which asks for two options, one Contract and second Sim Free. So the script must be capable of selecting Sim Free in that popup and click on Proceed button in popup. 3. It must be capable of selecting the quantity from dropdown . It must select 2 as quantity. 4. Finally it must fill contact details as first name, last name, email, phone number. The script must click on submit button after filling all the fields mentioned above, after successfully submitting the form it should go back and start the job again for predefined time/period.
