Automated Email System email address entry

Winglet Media specialise in creating cutting edge web-based interactive training solutions to airlines and pilots. We have a new automated email system in place to send emails to our database of subscribers. We also want to add all of the email addresses of individuals that have emailed us expressing interest in our products which runs into the many hundreds. This will therefore require transferring these individual's emails, including their first and last names from our email inbox to our new automated email system and adding them one by one.
