We are currently looking for a temporaray person to take overflow calls from our Australian based call centre. The role will require answering calls, booking jobs, using the salesforce CRM, data entry. The following criteria is preferred: - Good written and spoken English - Be based in Australia - Must have a good internet connection as well as a good computer system because the person will be working remotely - Previous experience in a similar role - Good phone manner
