I HAVE READ this Hello Peter! Your description is enough to understood what project is about. You basically need a db with 2 connected tables - one is for customers and 2nd for options list and some form and some script to show a reminder with expired accounts. I can help you with doing this in MS Access (if you are fine with using 2013 version). Or I can do same in a separate C# windows desktop application (it will be more expensive though, I would say I can do it for about $250) which can give you more options if you decide to implement more complicated features in this database later. I do have some clarification questions. - What version of Microsoft Access do you require? - Do you need the system to be hosted online? - Roughly how many clients do you need to track? - Do you have a system to capture client photos? - Are there features you would like to see in the future? My solution would include the following. 1. A Customer table with the fields you have listed (and any others we need). 2. A Product table to store options (gym, mma class, boxing class), linked to the Customer table. 3. A "new customer" form to create a new customer record. 4. A "modify customer" form to edit an existing customer record. 5. A "delete customer" form to remove a customer from the database. 6. A "view customer" form that displays the customer record and a payment status flag (based on the date of expiry) All of my database solutions come optimized for future growth. My goal is to provide excellent service during and after the project, I take pride in the work that I do. With regard to scheduling I am available any time with the exclusion of Sept 4 - 7. On a related note, the MMA gym I go to uses something called PerfectMind. I'm not sure if you have looked at off-the-shelf software but that might be a good fit. For your kind information I can do this job for you in MS Access but please keep in mind that may be in future you want to add some more functionality but may be the MS Access does not have that one so in my opinion the best solution for this is to Create a stand alone desktop application in the C#. This desktop application can be changed and you can add any type of new functionalities because in programming nothing is impossible. I am ready to create this project in the specified budget. Income for a period by member or by facility ii. Outstanding for a period by member or by facility iii. Payment status of given member iv. Utilized facilities by members 07.
