Data Scientist for Wordpress Site

Hello, We are in need of a data scientist who can help us make sense of all the analytics we have on our site. We are currently using, crazyegg, clicky, google, optimizely, hit tail, Facebook connect, click desk, mix panel, worpress, etc. We need someone who can monitor the data and help steer the site towards more conversions and pointing out flaws.
