I can create you a scraping tool written in node.js with AngularJS frontend and MongoDB as database. You would have a web inteface to see the data and an export button to get it as csv. Of course you can get a dump in JSON-format from the MongoDB. You can run the tool on your local machine, node.js is available on any platfom.
