Barcode application in Delphi

I have a USB barcode reader and I want to make it work in our software. The barcode has two modes, keyboard and USB but I want to use it in pure USB mode without keyboard so it will detect the barcode reading in every place inside the software not in a specific text field. As I can see the barcode has HID interface, so it can be programmed to use HID. The software must be designed that way so it can work with two barcode readers, one for member cards and one for product sales (POS). You may use any delphi library commercial or not and it must compatible with latest Delphi XE2. You must provide source code of the application. Please when bid let me know which component library are you going to use and how much time you want to develop the demo application. Selected developer must be able to chat with me on skype/msn to help me setup the barcode device properly.
