Commerce for Taxi transfers

Website is already made with all commerce modules installed and running. I need commerce for: - Taxi transfers Should be easy work as all destinations are given in advance, there is no advanced mileage calculations or anything like that. I have price for each destination. Only thing that changes price is type of car and return drive. For example price for destination A-B = 10$, with high class car is 15$, with a van is 20$, van with return = 38 $. Some additional fields like date and time are required but dont need any extra setup for those. Payment for taxi services should go through paypal only (for now) and without account registration (if possible). You need to have excellent english skills and that you use skype. After this part is done i need several more services that you will build on this one so i preffer to continue the work with the same person. After you bid i will link you website that has it all options i need. Most important is that all of this is very user friendly. This is fairly simple task and i expect it to be done in 2-3 days top. You will do fresh D7 install on your server and show me results before i copy the code and make payment. Use word TRANSFER when bidding on project.
