Article Re-Writer Needed

I am looking for competent writers to rewrite articles on a variety of topics. All rewrites must be done manually, without the use of article spinning software programs. Each article must be 90% unique. I will be using DupeFreePro and Copyscape to check uniqueness of the submitted articles. Once submitted, all of the rights of the article will be transferred to me and cannot be used as part of the writer's portfolio to apply to future writing jobs. Payment will be $1/rewrite to start. Bids above this will NOT be entertained. This is a long term project and the rate per article will be increased based on the writer's skills. All payments will be done via PayPal. I do not do upfront payments. Bids that require an upfront payment will NOT be entertained. Please submit a sample of your previous work and start your bid with the sentence "I have read and understood the project". Include the original article and the rewritten article for me to evaluate your ability to rewrite articles. I will only entertain bids that include a sample. Bids without a sample will NOT be entertained.
