Develop Ipad App for reading theater scripts

This is the first stage of a project that has been developed for Windows but we would like it to be re-created for iOS. The app should be able to read scripts and selectively mute selected characters in the text. Text will be on a media wiki type web page. Initial phase needs to convert text to speech and read text. Next phase we will define the detail specification in more detail as a further project. Functionality will be similar to an App called "Scene Partner". This is my first project on v worker, though I have successfully developed projects with my development partner, SAASMATH.
