We need a freelancer with experience in imaging processing to make a simple .exe windows application in Visual Basic the one get a infrared hand picture and with that make next steps: Function A) 1) Open the image (.bmp 640x480 8 bits color deep with and black) 2) Adjust contrast to get a better image 3) Get the ROI square from that picture 4) Skeletonization of tha ROI image (save this in a .bmp with and black 1 bit color image) 5) Generate the patron matrix from that Skeletonization (and save in some DB) Function B) With the #5 patrons matrix make a verification of the new data to see if match with some one else in the DB The user interfaces and database usage is not important, this is a simple test project the one we go to use to create our own .dll You can see this already implemented in this 2 videos: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The videos are made by students and are in Spanish but the idea is there. We can provide you too many test images as you need.
