Hello there. My name is Tony and I have extensive building Pivot tables since 2004. I have built Pivot Tables in the Oil & Gas Industry to classify Reserves by Geographic region and Reserves Type (Proven, Probable and Possible). This is a very similar task and would be able to build this template for you with quick turnaround. I'm currently working as account manager in a sporting goods company in the Philippines. I work on the database of our consignment clients and their products for distributions with different SKU. I use excel and pivot to monitor Inventory and in analyzing the sales and distribution for each branch of my consignment accounts. I see that there could be similarities in what you need and what I'm currently doing. I suggest for your template to be a simple database type with some formulas and functions in some columns mainly for the products and user number. A simple database format can be easy to sustain especially if you have additional products.
