create facebook paid advertising from products on my facebook shop linked to shopify

You must have a programme that can scrape members ids from groups I give you in facebook and use that information to create custom data base for advertising my products on facebook. You must know how to take my shopify products that are loaded as a facebook shop, turn them into adds and work within a budget on facebook business ..create custom audience from the members ids and load into facebook so it knows where to post the adds.
