Design a kids hat collection

We are working towards setting up a new kids label Crown St Crew. It will be aimed at children aged 1-10 years old. Our positioning will be adult styles designed for kids - "fashion forward designs in the correct size without all the cheesy kids stuff". Our first release will be snap-backs, but we also have some ideas about t-shirts, socks and bags etc. I have located a manufacturer in China and need to produce tech packs for them to quote and produce. I have some ideas around the first drop but need some help in pulling the collection together: We are thinking plain colour ways with more adult focused simple logos that compliment Mum or Dad's Personalised lettering may be possible (done locally) Colour ideas - black on black with lettering, navy, camo, vintage Hawaiian, Grey on Charcoal, Mustard or Tan. Hats are wool blend high quality snapbacks, produced in MOQs of 100. We wanted three sizes to spread out over the age range but may start with one mid range size due to start up constraints. I have access to a good graphic designer to mock up the required logos or images needed but I am missing the fashion guidance needed for the design work and also the requirements for the manufacturing.
