Tech pack and spec sheet for the manufacture of high quality t shirts in 100% Coolmax yarns treated with Polygiene permanent antimicrobial - for children, women and men. 3-11yrs for children, S,M,L,XL for women and XS -XXXL for men. Natural white only for children, six pale colours for adults. Coolmax was a Dupont patented thread that delivers fast wicking through the profile of the thread rather than a chemical treatment. a fine denier with a high thread count, ring spun to give a soft hand feel and cotton like appearance is what is required. Presently our shirt supplier is American, the sizes are about a size larger than Euro norms, the wicking is chemical treatment dependent and the antimicrobial is not permanent. Our sales are mainly electronic, the size progression of the new shirts needs to be what is generally expected. The quality of the specifications in terms of the details: seams, neck, hems, stitching etc should be the best available. The shirts should be classic, our offer appeals for the decorations we put on the shirts, we are not chasing trends in neck lines and weight and length etc. We have plenty of evidence that our shirts become the favourite items of apparel for our customers, it is important they work well.
