Odonata Research LLC proposes auditing the model and modifying the contact/target element key options and solution sequence settings to obtain a converged solution. This proposal does not cover modification of the geometry and mesh. If the converged solution cannot be obtained solely by modifying the key options and solution sequence settings, Odonata Research LLC will fulfill the terms of the agreement by reporting the necessary modifications to the geometry and mesh to improve the model without performing those modifications.
