add small functions to as3 flash flip book

current flash book needs some small and quick functionality changes. [login to view URL] - make the cursor default to being a magnifying glass or at least always be ready to zoom in on click from the get go? If it was always a magnifying glass with a “+” when your cursor is over the initial view of the publication (and an arrow or other when outside of the publication space and hovering over the right , left, top or bottom areas) and then swapped to a magnifying glass with a “-“ when you are in the zoom mode, see attached for an example of the icon for cursor - add goto and page forward/backward buttons - reduce heigh of bottom bar - The first thumbnail on the gallery for pages on the right. for the first page, the cover pages to be one its own.. for an example see attached. so basically leave the first thumbnail space free..
