We need a module for auto-conversion of user-uploaded video to (.flv), for playback on streaming Flash player YouTube-style. All commercially available converters we’ve been able to find are very inflexible. They convert the video at full rez/full quality and have no adjustment controls. We would like to have a converter with a CONTROL PANEL which would allow us to set it to conform uploaded videos to specific dimensions, resolution, and bitrate/data rate. We need this done asap.
