Adobe Air Simple Browser

I need a very simple program. Seriously it's easy. I need an Adobe Air HTML Wrapper. (actually 2 wrappers) The way it works is this... I provide you with a 2 [login to view URL] URL will have it's own Air Application. When the AIR application opens that URL will be displayed only. No navigation or URL bar is required. What IS REQUIRED is that "right click" capability TO COPY, SELECT ALL on a page and to SAVE PAGE AS. After I select you, I will send you the URLs needed. Javascript must work in the browser as well. ONLY bid if you can do this as an adobe air application.
