ASP.NET THEME,Silverlight and Master Page

I need a ASP.NET THEME MASTER PAGE which will suitable for a s/w development company's website (good if flash or animatd work in Heading) Design should be professional and good color combination. I need a Theme in ASP.NET so that I can attach that to my application. If you can provide a rough sketch or look than it will be benefitial. for e.g not necessary Page can have a flash heading, ? login control? , ? Menu Control , etc. or you can also show your ideas on graphic too
