ASP.NET MASTER PAGE and Datalist item template

In brief, I am looking for a e commerce professional team who are highly experienced developing web application for consulting firms and software product selling websites. Our company is a Consulting firm and also sales software product as well from the same website. so, I need to redesign the master page template of our existing website. The technology used ASP.NET (C# backend) and SQL Server 2005.
