Create interactive webpage for record label

We need an interactive webapge building for our website. The page needs to include: Password protection, with an admin facility for administrator to add individual users. An mp3 player which users can easily upload tracks to. Simple 'description' area where a short descrition of the uploaded track can be entered. A poll facility for each track in the player which each user can vote on once (yes or no options) Simple display of poll results for each track. Facility for administrator to remove tracks from player. Also: Area where users can upload graphic images Poll facility for each image where each user can vote on (yes or no) simple display of poll result for each image.
