Custom header for Music Site

I am looking to for someone to design and upload a custom header for my website ([login to view URL]) to fit across the top of my website. I have designed already the logo which i have attached which I want included in the header. I am looking for something very crisp, unique, clean, creative, organic that captures the essence of music in an artistic way. The most important thing is that the header is clean looking. I dont want too many colors either and look like a pixar cartoon. The header will only have one link included in it (Called "Blog"), but header will have the option to add 3 other links in the future (about, contact, etc). I want the header to cover the whole width of the screen and come down in length somewhere between 100-160 px. I want the link button for the "blog" to be off to the right in the header.
