I would like toggling on/off captions (subtitles) and speech bubble. and also a playback slider with the ability to toggle to a specific scene or time the interactive element is the toggling on/off caption and speech bubble and also a playback timeline I need about 2 characters to 6 as i need 4 videos. For the first video that I’m giving to you only have 2 characters The video will be in french with English caption if you refer to the script closely, the voice over should tally with it exactly just take note that the English caption can be switched on/off on the bottom right hand corner For this script, it’s one boy and one girl so you can work on both characters the background should be in cafe style in pairs setting need swf as well as html 5 It should be like the prototype video I have attached Video Audio File is [login to view URL]
