Comment Posting & Linkbuilding - repost

I require someone that can manually visit websites, manually create then post a high quality relevant comments and create a backlinks to other websites. I have a spreadsheet with 5000 URL's that I would like backlinks from to my other websites. Data is constantly added to this spreadsheet which resides on Dropbox, so this is an ongoing project. I expect at least a 1 hour commitment to this project per day, 5 days per week. You must be analytical, have very good written English skills and possess a basic knowledge of SEO link-building principles.
