Hi. I believe you need an artist separate from the animator. This is going to be an ambitious project. I would like to be part of it by creating the drawings required for animation. It would take very long if you only have one or few people for both animation and illustration. I can also help in the design of the characters. I am very much familiar with the anime series you mentioned as I am a fan of some of those, especially yuyu hakusho, Naruto and Hunter x Hunter.
