Create esp versions of MS word images

I have a word document with many images in it. I would like each image to be an isolated Illustrator eps. I would also like a svg and bitmap of any kind of each image. The illustrator eps is the important format. The images will need to be cleaned up, not simply copied. MS Word is not a good tool for making images, so lines that are not connected need to be connected. The images in word are a template for what they need to look like, not the final version. These images will be going into a published book, so they must be publication quality. I have included a word document as well as a pdf, and a document called canvas, so you can see what a canvas is. I need eps, svg and bitmap of each image descriptive log of the images with no images included descriptive log of the images with copies of images included ## Deliverables For each image in the word document, I would like an eps, done with Illustrator, and an svg and any form of bitmap (gif, jpeg, tiff, etc...) I need a log of each image including the name, a brief description and the page number. this can be a spread sheet or a text document with the information tab seperated names The names of the images are to go in the order which you find them on the attached word document. The names will start at 09fig100 09fig101 09fig102 09fig103 etc... description these are very simple "right triangle ABC with hypotenuse 8" or the like page number - this is the page that the image is found on. I would like a second log that is a word document that contains the name, page number and bitmap of each image. Just write the name and page number and paste the bitmap for each. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform esp, svg and bitmap that can be used on either a mac or windows machine As far as I know any esp and svg should work on any computer.
