Banner ad extending into a 3rd column

I'm looking for an artist to create some graphics for [login to view URL] . I want a title banner with the title 'When Bears Aattck" on it. This would be fairly simple - just text on a background. Then, towards the right side of the banner, where it sits on top of the third column on the site, I want a graphic of a bear attacking the logo. The bear's head and maybe some upper torso would be in the top frame, while the rest of the bear would be in the third column. The top image should fill the top section (1024 x ?), the bear art in the third column need not fill the whole page but only the upper part ( 120 x ?). A crude example has been uploaded.
