Design a Banner

I want the header and footer banner of the website at [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] to be redesigned. What you should do in the redesign of the banner: 1. Redesign the text on the header and footer banners in a way that makes it stylish and outstanding 2. Replace the right image with different, very clear and beautiful images of cars, homes, money and or people in a creative way. 3. The website title "All Extreme Solver" at the top of the website above the image should be changed to ETRADERS EXCHANGE. It needs to be big enough to take up the top section. After the design, you'd be required to insert your work into the website. I have the psd version of the website banners, in case you may need this later.
