Design needed for software layout

I need a program completely designed for motion capture software. Just a few of the items the design will include is... 1. a 3D grid in a 3D workspace 2. video controls 3. video Slider, and timeline 4. video editing tools 5. multiple buttons for all of the video functions 6. A plug-in window 7. X,Y, and Z coordinate moving rotating, and scaling for manual character editing 8. A properties window 9. Audio timeline, slider, and tools 10. Save windows 11. and a whole lot more I'm looking for a nicely designed, new looking program. This is going to be a professional program so it will need to be made well. After the program design is complete I will own all the files, and all the copyright for the whole/complete program design.
