Design Novel Cover and Text Layout - repost

I have a novel that needs to have the inside text laid out for a 5 by 8 book. There needs to be made a copyright page, title page, and the rest of the book layout. This will be its own seperate format saved on a PDF file for transfering to the publisher that I choose. The cover needs to have the title of the book, authors name, and image that I will supply you. The back cover needs to have an image of me the author, the ISBN bar code along with the price that I will also provide, and most importantly the book description. The cover is for a 5 by 8 inch book that will be needed in a PDF format for printing press. It is a simple 2 hour job at most since I will be providing most images and text. I would like this done as soon as I contact you and find the funds. This should look as professional as possible. This will be my first book so please only contact if very serious about doing a great job. I am looking for someone with at the least one year of text publishing layout and cover design for books only. I will contact the person many times to see how the work is being done. I need to see samples of the work as it is in progress to see if my vision is going as planned. Thank you for reading.
