Basic 'free report' illustrations

This is a simple project for a knowledgeable Illustrator user. I need a 3D image of 2 similar, but distinct reports. Image file formats must be appropriate for .pdf reports/PowerPoint slides and a website. I have attached an example image to give you an idea what I'm looking for - please ignore the subject matter of the example image. PLEASE NOTE - my images are for the ELDER caregiver audience - NOT for caregivers for children. Illustration #1: 3D report image with 'Caregiver First Steps Series - Part 1: The Proactive Caregiver'. Please add a graphic to represent the some of the different things that must be done as a proactive caregiver e.g. financial/legal/housing/medical care/end-of-life decisions and documentation. Illustration #2: 3D report image with 'Caregiver First Steps Series - Part 2-5: The Reactive Caregiver' Please add a older & younger adult graphic to represent an elder caregiver relationship. It could be in a hospital setting or nursing home for example. If text is too much for covers, I can cut back on the number of words. Please share illustrations you have done that may be similar. Thank you!
