Copy website store products to a printable catalogue

Require a "designer/data-entry" person to copy products including their text information and photographs from our existing website store and place them into a designed catalogue so that the products can be used in a printed catalogue. (Copy products from an OSCommerce based website and design a brochure to contain them all so that they may be printed off as a catalogue) About 220 products in total, if you have a good template then this project is probably more a task of copying and pasting the products over. Would be interested in a nice design if possible to make the items stand out.
