Create an AI out of a JPG

As simple as title suggest, in attachment you'll find a ZIP file with 2 JPG images, I'd like someone to create 2 AI files out of these images, one AI file per image. - There's an Arabic text in there, unless you can understand/write Arabic, don't apply - There's a logo used in these images, I'll send over the logo in AI format - There's a picture used, here's a link for a large copy of it: [login to view URL] (another link for another version: [login to view URL]) - You must find and use the same fonts used here, I believe it's a font of Droid family - I need these AI files by tonight or tomorrow maximum, they are very simple anyway and shouldn't take more than an hour for a skilled one *Side note: This work have been already done by another designer here, she took the money and never sent 'all' AI files back! long story short, I am not willing to pay too much for the re-creation, don't ask for much :)
