Creating an AD NETWORK

I am looking for my own "SIMPLE" and "NOT ELABORATE" In-House Affiliate and ad Network solution for many websites. Some are WP and others are not but the placement of the CPC, CPM, CPA banners are all standard size. There should be a system for loading the banners and into the program. There should be an accountable way that an advertiser is able to follow their placements. This is a paid program and will use PayPal as the gateway merchant. If you have had expertise in setting up a working "bug free" program similar to this I would like to hear from you. I am looking for someone having done a similar project for those who have done this before. Remember looking for a simple small solution. Here are some any/all factors that I would like to see within the program selected. I am open to suggestions regarding the ad network chosen by the developer with the hopes that this person has done it before and can outline the pluses and perhaps minuses of the program selected. • A single account signup • Separate control panels for companies vendors and affiliates • A marketplace with all products listed where affiliates can search products and request product affiliate approvals • Affiliates can access detailed data including sales, hits to their affiliate links & conversions • Admin ability to charge affiliates fees to pay approved vendors • Affiliates get paid commissions on every verified sale • Smooth product listing process for vendors and admin will be notified to approve the product • Admin can charge a onetime product listing fee • Vendors can limit the number of sales • Vendors can automatically integrate buyers into their own list • Admin must have ability to charge at their option both companies,affiliates & vendors a single OR a recurring price to participate • Detailed sales report to vendors including customer name & email, hits sent to them by their affiliates & detailed date regarding the program CPM, CPA and CPC • As a vendor, you can set different commission rates for recurring products • Vendors have the ability to approve or deny any affiliate request & the affiliate will be notified instantly by email • A dedicated admin area where you can edit member details, delete products and approve or deny product submissions • Send mass email to your network members from your admin panel (HTML as well text) • Like the ability to install this on WordPress blogs running on shared Cpanel hosting • Great ability to upload CPM, CPC and CPA standard size banners within a size check system. • Admin must approve the companies venders and affiliates
