Business Card Design

I need the design of a business card for a doctor. I want the design to reflect the specific medical specialty (Anaesthesia, also known as Anaesthesiology). The design must be subtle and professional not something too flashy with too many colours. The requirement is for front and back of the business card. I would like to see 2-3 different versions minimum. If you can provide with your bid some relevant business card samples, or even better produce some quick mock ups of what you could produce specifically for ME then I'm MUCH more likely to choose you. The card will contain the following information: Dr Xxxx Xxxx MBBS FANZCA Specialist Anaesthetist And an email address, a fax number and a mobile phone number. RESOLUTION & BLEED All submitted files to be in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) colour, must be minimum 300dpi (600dpi for text) and must follow the specific dimensions (90x55) and bleed requirement (2mm bleed) specified in the templates attached but can be in whatever format you prefer to work with. I have attached some templates as examples of the sizing. Please provide samples of relevant previous work in proposal. The budget will be less than $90 and the rights of the work will belong to me after payment. I will also require the original editable file along with a PDF.
