Cartoon & Logo

I need a cartoon version of me (only a little better looking!) I have attached a file that I saw in the style that I am looking for. It will be incorporated into my new website, so it needs to be .png with a transparent background. I will send the person who does this a pic of me, so they know what the finished cartoon should resemble. I also need a new logo for my business. I have attached another file that has something that I love. I would like to see if we could incorporate something like that, if not this directly. If you look at the file, you will see that I'm looking for something colorful, but not cartoon-y. I will take any advice that you have on the logo. I'm pretty open at this point. I do request access to whatever font you choose to use in case I change my name later. I will answer any questions you may have.
