Custom Logo Design

I am looking for a new logo to be designed for an employment company. The business will be all about providing jobs to the local community. We want a creative logo which we can use on website, stationary, email signature, etc. I need the completed logo to be in .jpg, .tif, .gif, .png, .ico, .psd and [login to view URL] file formats so it can be used on my website and for my company branding (business cards, brochures etc). We have not decided on website design or colours yet so be creative and send through mock-ups of what you think would work for this business. We would like to pay no more than $100 for this work. Bidders who send through mock-ups will be preferred. I will pay 100% upon project completion. Rights to this work pass onto myself once payment has been completed.
