Design a Logo

I have a well-developed idea for my business logo. I want someone with artistic skills to take my idea and make it more visually attractive. I want to finish with a logo that is made up of fonts, because I want the logo to resolve quickly when I send out emails. The artist will have the freedom to change/modify/improve the logo concept I have developed--as long as the final version can be done with typeface, instead of image logos.
