Hi there. I have a website called [login to view URL] and i want to add a blog or twitter feed to keep my content fresh so that its keeps getting crawled by google robots and keeps it near the top of google. I have heard that having a blog on the site is good for this. Also i need a google capture adding to my site as i keep getting lots of spam emails sent through.
