Build a Website with Basic Payment Facility

The selected web developer will be provided with a full brief including all content and details of the ‘Businesses’ and ‘Products’. The proposed website is to be a platform that provides ‘Businesses’ a place to advertise their company, in addition to a listings platform for the sale of ‘Used Product’ and ‘New Product’ from sellers of the ‘Product’ (I require a website to be created similar to the following in regards to functionality and built in search platforms, advertising, and sign up features, yet not as detailed in regards to the breakdown of search categories or number of pages); [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] However, I would like the website to have a more modern appearance such as the following; [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The website needs to incorporate several submission forms that are completed and paid by advertisers to automatically generate their company profile and/or product listings on the website. These details help filter the website users search results (therefore a search criteria list will be required for each component of the website. The forms comprise the following; • A form for ‘Businesses’ to fill out in order to list their company profile (which when submitted and paid for after choosing a payment plan, automatically publishes the profile on the website and is searchable under the search menu for “Businesses). There will be 15 questions/details needed to be completed and the ability for them to upload a small number of images, and provision for social media symbols. • A form for ‘Businesses’ to list their ‘New Product’ on the website for sale through their existing account – Their ‘Products’ will show up under search results for “XXX” and will also appear at the bottom of their company profile. • Another form for Private Individuals to list their ‘Used Products’ – the questions/details required to be completed will be less than the above (‘New Product’) but will also have a payment feature (ability to choose an advertising plan) and will automatically generate an ad viewable in search results. • The search form for the above two listings (New and Used) will be one search form for the website user, however the search criteria/options will automatically change depending on whether the user clicks New or Used Product. • A form for another type of Business to advertise their ‘Business’, and each of the individual ‘Products’ that they currently have available. Similar to the first dot point above, however the profile is of the ‘Facility’ (and its features – location, facilities, demographic, etc), and the individual ‘Products’ for sale within.
