To overhaul my current website: [login to view URL] Here is an outline of my requirements 1. - Logo has already been designed. I will forward new logo design to successful bidder. Incorporate new logo to seamlessly and effectively blend in with new design and layout of website 2. - Discuss user experience and desired journeys 3. - Design world class bespoke UXD’s according to the desired journey outcomes (unlimited iteration policy) 4. - Develop a pixel perfect website according to the UXD created 5. - Integrate fully controllable & customisable j-query banner system Banner system on [login to view URL] website is an example, with active links within the banner itself. 6. - Integrate testimonial mechanism to increase user generated content 7. - Develop easy call back functionality to drive online enquiries Must be easy and visible at every stage of UXD. Needs to integrate with our reception pc to be able to receive messages in real time, either live chat or emails 8. - Develop other complementary modules to enhance general user experience I want to integrate following features which will make this site stand out from others: 1. have an online booking system for patients who want to book an appointment online. This will need to synchronise with our current appointment system and program we use at our surgery. Relevant details about our current dental software program can be supplied by the company to enable integration. This system will also need to be able to take payments for deposits as well as be customisable to block off certain days etc. 2. Have an online search facility similar but shorter to example i sent you where after questions completed, all relevant links on my page will be listed out for user specifically filtered based upon their answers to the questions. 3. Allow existing patients to complete an online satisfaction survey. The results and data must be able to be analysed using simple % outcomes etc. Please see following e.g e.g [login to view URL] I want something similar on my site with the same tools to analyse data. The questionnaires will be short, not more than 10 questions. 4. Loyalty scheme. Have a login facility where patients can track or log their loyalty points. Example if they like us on facebook twitter and linked in etc they are entitled to free toothbrush. if they refer x number of patients to us they get free electric toothbrush. They can log their progress on their online account with us. From our side we should be able to track their social networking likes or tweets. For patient referrals we will be able to use our dental software to track patients booked in. 9. - Develop & implement heightened web security measures to protect data and patient profiles 10. - Integrate visible & effective social media links and appropriate widgets 11. - Configure email data capture functionality for email marketing & general marketing purposes 12. - Integrate basic ecommerce platform with the ability to sell products 13. - Integrate desired payment gateways 14. - Set up multiple user profiles and accounts 15. - Develop mobile optimised version of the website for mobile optimised experience 16. - Use effective SEO best practice within the development 17. - Carry out intensive testing on website 18. - Configure all databases & website manager control panel 19. - Deploy website on desired servers 20. - Integrate Google Analytics 21. - Training on how to use the website manager & store manager 22. - Training on how to understand website analytics)
