Simple 3 page landing page needs small fixes and data capture. Page 1: [login to view URL] Logo is there. Can you please move content down so the full logo shows. In the blue box under "Search for trials", I need the following forms [login to view URL] - you don't have to use the mailchimp form, i just want that data captured and emailed to me. Page 2:loading page. Shows the loading gif file [login to view URL] with text underneath. Have the page load for 5 seconds before forwarding user to page 3. Page 3: [login to view URL] Page 3 needs a table to display data like the gif file currently on the page and the text that pulls the user's name from the form field.
